Jennifer – Practice Manager

Jennifer has been with the practice since 2007.  She began her oral surgery career as the practice relations coordinator, learning many aspects of the practice.  Jennifer moved into the very important role of practice manager.  She oversees all the business operations, employee relations and communications on a day-to-day basis.  Jennifer ensures both offices are running smoothly.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, from Columbia College in Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Cara – Billing Specialist

Cara began her oral surgery career with our practice in 1996 as a surgical assistant.  Her knowledge of oral surgery procedures and dedication moved her into the important role as Implant Treatment Coordinator then into her current role as Billing Specialist.  Cara has completed course training through AAOMS for CDT, CPT and ICD-10CM medical/dental billing procedures.  In her free time, Cara enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Jill – Scheduling Coordinator

Jill has been with our practice since 2002.  She coordinates the schedule for both of our offices.  She does a wonderful job greeting patients in person and on the phone while keeping our front end running smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies.

Diane – Treatment Plan Coordinator and Insurance Verification

Diane has been with our office since 2011.  Diane came to us with 22 years of oral surgery treatment planning and scheduling experience. Diane has extensive knowledge in ICD-10 coding for Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. When Diane isn’t helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family.
